Job Summary
Leading a team of licensed and unlicensed agents, the full-time Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager will drive sales performance, mentor talent, and ensure exceptional service while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales goals
- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Manage team schedules, compliance, and customer escalations to ensure high service standards
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of direct leadership/management sales experience
- At least 6 years of insurance sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license upon hire
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
