Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Community Call Center - Underwriter PL - I.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze applications, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements to determine policy eligibility
• Handle inbound calls and chats from agents and clients regarding policy forms and underwriting decisions
• Maintain strong relationships with agents and provide guidance on coverage and departmental processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred
• Three to five years of underwriting experience in Personal Lines or equivalent education and experience
• General knowledge of insurance statutes, regulations, and policies
• Strong knowledge of Property/Casualty insurance underwriting principles
• Active 2-20 or 4-40 license, or industry designation such as CPCU or CIC preferred
