Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction for the Personal Lines portfolio, the full-time Personal Lines Underwriting Director will define and optimize risk appetite, assess portfolio performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Personal Lines risk appetite framework, including growth targets and profitability thresholds
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio strategy view across various products and distribution channels
