Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the part-time and full-time Personal Recruiter will provide personalized job search assistance, including resume development, career consulting, and interview preparation, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to clients throughout the job search process
• Design and execute tailored career strategies for each client
• Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations and next steps

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in personal recruiting or 3+ years in a related field
• Knowledge of ATS, the U.S. job market, and current career best practices
• Experience working remotely with autonomy and accountability
