Job Summary

Dedicated to building meaningful customer relationships, the full-time remote Personal Shopper will engage with clients through various communication channels, providing personalized advice on products and services while achieving sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers daily through phone, email, digital shopping chat, and SMS to provide information about merchandise and services
• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships by offering tailored styling advice and recommendations based on expert product knowledge
• Utilize technology and selling tools to enhance customer interactions and achieve personal and business sales goals

Required qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or in a retail role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with retail technology platforms, including CRM tools and communication systems
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in children's clothing
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support business hours
