Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Personal Technology Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues for Windows and Apple devices
- Documents issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system and maintains the IT Support lab
- Identifies incident trends and collaborates with technical teams to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Experience troubleshooting personal technology devices, including Microsoft Windows and Apple products
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Active Directory experience is required; SCCM, Intune, and Azure experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks
