Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Personal Technology Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoots and resolves hardware and software issues for Windows and Apple devices
  • Documents issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system and maintains the IT Support lab
  • Identifies incident trends and collaborates with technical teams to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • Experience troubleshooting personal technology devices, including Microsoft Windows and Apple products
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
  • Active Directory experience is required; SCCM, Intune, and Azure experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks
