Job Summary
To support a growing Marketing Services team, the full-time remote Personalization Manager will mature and expand testing and personalization projects, develop strategies aligned with client objectives, and oversee the operation of CRO platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Mature and expand the adoption of testing and personalization projects, ensuring alignment with client business objectives
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness through reporting, insights provision, and iterative testing plan refinement
- Audit and analyze audience strategies across Adobe Target and AEP, developing governance recommendations for audience management
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management and Testing and Personalization with a focus on customer experience improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with CDPs, marketing automation, and omni-channel campaign management platforms
- Familiarity with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and data reporting
