Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct recurring audits of personnel files for compliance
  • Remediate non-compliant documentation and manage workflows
  • Prepare and present personnel files for audits and regulatory reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
  • 1 year of HR or People Ops experience required
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; HRIS and LMS experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and detail-oriented
