Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personnel Manager to lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning, full cycle recruiting, and structured onboarding/offboarding
• Implement employee engagement programs and manage training and professional development initiatives
• Oversee HR compliance and maintain accurate HR systems and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or personnel management
• Experience with HR systems such as BambooHR and Zoho Recruit
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and HR best practices
• Experience in designing and implementing training programs
