Job Summary

To drive new business growth within the pest control industry, the full-time remote Pest Control Sales Executive will own the sales process from prospecting to closing, develop relationships with business owners, and leverage industry expertise to recommend AI-powered marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle by generating and closing new business through prospecting, demonstrations, and negotiations
  • Develop a pipeline of new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic business development
  • Build trusted relationships with pest control owners and decision-makers to understand their goals and present effective solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role
  • 2+ years of experience in the pest control industry selling relevant business solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and developing new client relationships
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing sales activities and forecasting
