A company is looking for a CLX Pet Squad Lead to guide and manage a team of Claims Experience Specialists and Advocates.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Claims Experience Specialists and Advocates
• Analyze claims data and performance metrics to identify operational inefficiencies and drive team performance
• Provide feedback and implement development plans for team members to enhance growth and performance

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry, particularly in property & casualty claims handling
• 2+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams
• A proven track record of managing and coaching a team of five or more
• Ability to understand and utilize AI/automation tools to drive change
• College degree required
