Pet End of Life Care Coordinator

Job Summary

Providing compassionate support to pet families, the full-time Pet End of Life Care Coordinator will engage in emotional conversations, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage high call volumes in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
• Provide stellar customer service through positive interactions with pet families and veterinarians
• Accurately document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting productivity standards

Required qualifications:

• Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
• Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs such as Gmail and Google Calendar
• Previous experience working in a remote environment with minimal peer interactions
• High attention to detail and adaptability to new processes
• Dependability and punctuality in meeting performance requirements
