Pet Insurance Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of IPG's pet insurance portfolio, the full-time remote Pet Insurance Product Manager will manage product development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver competitive and compliant insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine underwriting guidelines and product structures to support profitable growth
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and evolution
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, sales, and marketing teams to design effective go-to-market strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in pet insurance or MGA environments
• Proven experience in developing and managing insurance products and pricing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach across departments
