A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative for the Pet Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound email, chat, and phone inquiries from pet parents to sell pet insurance policies
• Optimize time and resources to consistently meet sales goals
• Build rapport with potential customers and maintain strong product knowledge

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 plus years of sales experience
• Proven attendance reliability
• General P&C Producers License in home state prior to hire
• Ability to obtain property and casualty insurance license in all 50 states as a condition of employment
