Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pet Services Projects & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Support pilot programs and product testing in collaboration with Field Operations and Training & Education teams
• Coordinate with Field Operations to ensure readiness for tool deployment and address field inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in pet services, project management, or operations support
• Strong understanding of grooming operations and service safety standards
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and vendor relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
