PFML Claims Consultant
Job Summary
As a full-time PFML Claims Consultant working remotely, the successful candidate will manage the design and implementation of a best-in-class Paid Family and Medical Leave claims experience, serving as a subject matter expert and collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a key business partner in the design and enhancement of PFML capabilities
- Administer and adjudicate PFML claims, ensuring timely and compliant decisions
- Develop and maintain claims procedures, workflows, and training materials aligned with regulations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in PFML, disability claims, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of state PFML programs and regulatory requirements
- Experience interpreting complex statutes and administrative guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to make objective decisions with integrity
- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
