Job Summary
As a dynamic account partner, the full-time salaried Pharma Account Director will manage client relationships, provide strategic counsel to pharmaceutical marketers, and lead multichannel marketing initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering best-in-class service and strategic guidance
- Lead the development of multichannel marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand engagement and growth
- Oversee financial health of accounts, including revenue projections, project profit margins, and timely invoicing
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of pharma agency account management experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical advertising
- BA/BS degree required
- Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry, including new product launches
- Experience leading digital marketing initiatives with a strong digital omni-channel background
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple clients and building relationships with senior-level clients
