Job Summary

Managing the client services team, the full-time salaried Pharma Account Supervisor will provide tactical and strategic leadership, ensuring effective communication of brand strategy while overseeing project completion from inception to delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between clients and the client services team, ensuring brand strategies are understood and implemented
• Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders while overseeing multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Provide leadership and guidance to the client services team, ensuring quality control and timely project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Pharma agency experience is required
• Brand launch experience is required
• 7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
