Job Summary

A company is looking for an Art Supervisor (Pharma) to lead visual concepting and art direction across assigned brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide visual concepting and art direction for projects, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative accuracy and feasibility
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior and mid-level designers and art directors

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of design and art direction experience, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field
• Proven ability to translate scientific information into visual communication
• Experience mentoring junior creative talent
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion and UX tools is a plus
