Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP, Director of Client Services (Omni-Channel, Pharma Agency).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Client Services team to achieve organizational and individual goals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and effective communication
• Oversee financial management, including revenue forecasting and staffing plans for client accounts

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in marketing or marketing-related roles within the pharmaceutical industry
• Agency Account leadership experience is required
• Experience in digital marketing and integrated marketing projects preferred
• Proven track record of managing books of business with yearly revenues of $25 million or more
• Experience leading teams of account management professionals with 10 or more members
