Job Summary

Driving strategic communications for a growing portfolio of pharma clients, the remote Senior Manager, Pharma Communications will manage operational processes, draft client-facing communications, and oversee project execution to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the master tracker and governance cadence for advisory services accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
  • Draft client-ready communications materials, including annual comms plans and executive briefing documents, with a focus on high-quality output
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic direction into actionable briefs, supporting various communication channels
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, corporate affairs, or pharma advisory services
  • Direct experience drafting strategic communications documents in pharma or regulated industries
  • Senior account leadership experience at a leading healthcare communications agency
  • Working fluency in MLR/PRC review processes and FDA OPDP guidance
  • Experience supporting major life sciences clients across therapeutic areas such as oncology or cardiometabolic health
