Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations - Service Delivery Manager for Data Warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data management services for multiple clients, including data warehousing and master data management
• Oversee a virtual team responsible for the operation and enhancement of software platforms related to pharmaceutical business processes
• Act as a liaison between the support team and client stakeholders, ensuring service requests and incidents are managed according to SLAs

Required Qualifications

• Experience with customer engagement and reporting metrics
• Familiarity with SharePoint and ServiceNow ticketing platforms
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, O365, and networking concepts
• Ability to manage service ticket metrics and KPIs
• College or technology school degree required
