Pharma Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharma Operations Associate III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and manage inbound client tickets efficiently
• Contact insurance companies to facilitate the prior authorization process
• Monitor and track prior authorization status updates and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Background in healthcare, health insurance, billing, or prior authorizations
• Associate degree or relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in analyzing complex data and identifying trends
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
