Pharma Project Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the unique needs of a vaccine brand, the remote Pharma Project Manager will optimize and execute operational processes to ensure compliant and timely submission of promotional materials while collaborating with various stakeholders and providing pre-submission support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the submission process by coordinating with Brand teams and Job Owners to improve the quality of submissions and ensure pre-review readiness
• Track and QC all new pre-submission jobs, liaise with teams for prioritization, and assist in clarifying review comments during readiness reviews
• Train and onboard new team members and agencies, providing updates on brand guidance and managing resources on the Brand Team Site

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of Veeva PromoMats, REACH, and WorkFront
• Understanding of FDA Accelerated Approval Regulatory Requirements and Vaccine processes
• Experience in training and onboarding new colleagues
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
