Pharma Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the Marketing Oncology leadership, the temporary Pharma Project Manager will manage promotional resources, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilize tools like Workfront and Veeva PromoMats in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project workflows within the Marketing team and support the Agile Digital Team in producing and updating promotional materials
• Utilize Workfront and Veeva PromoMats for job management, task assignment, and review process facilitation
• Ensure compliance with PRT comments and deadlines while representing the Job Owner in PRT Prioritization Meetings

Required qualifications

• Pharma experience is required
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats is required
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred
• Demonstrated multi-project management skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, or promotion development within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
