Pharma R&D Counsel

Job Summary

Experienced attorneys will find a remote opportunity as Clinical Trial, Commercial & R&D Counsel, focusing on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of agreements related to clinical research and development in the pharma and health systems sectors, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as Master Services Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Provide legal support for global transactions and collaborations with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
• Support licensing and collaboration agreements while partnering with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or health system sectors
• Demonstrated experience with global transactions or working with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs)
• Familiarity with intellectual property transactions in the life sciences space
• Experience supporting licensing, collaboration, and research agreements
