Qualifications
  • 5+ years in strategic account management or customer success within pharma, CRO, or life sciences
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles
  • Ability to influence senior scientific and operational leaders
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degrees preferred
