Job Summary

Managing high-value relationships across key pharmaceutical and contract research organization accounts, the full-time salaried Pharma Strategic Account Manager will drive technology adoption, develop multi-year account strategies, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the portfolio in assigned pharma and CRO accounts across North America and EMEA
  • Identify expansion opportunities and lead contract negotiations with a partnership-oriented approach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer needs and drive seamless solution delivery
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account management or capital equipment sales within pharma, CRO, or biotech
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles
  • Ability to influence senior leaders in scientific and operational roles
  • Excellent negotiation and executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
