Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Director in the Pharma Agency sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing strategic counsel and best-in-class service
• Lead the development of multichannel marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand engagement and growth
• Manage financial health of accounts, including revenue projections and project profit margins

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency account management experience, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical advertising
• BA/BS degree required
• Deep understanding of the pharma/healthcare advertising industry and experience with new product launches
• Experience leading digital marketing initiatives and managing multiple clients
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with senior-level clients
