Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager, Client Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, ensuring excellent customer service
- Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and provide insights for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and manage the implementation process to meet client expectations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR / PRC)
- Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition
- Deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana
