Job Summary
Managing a digital brand focused on websites, the full-time salaried Pharmaceutical Account Supervisor will build and sustain client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure project execution aligns with client expectations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily account work on digital brand projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing informed counsel on industry trends and project scopes
- Collaborate with internal teams to track project budgets, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities within accounts
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing client relationships in an agency environment, specifically in pharmaceutical marketing
- Proven background in digital tactics focused on websites
- Experience managing pharmaceutical brand launches, preferably in rare disease
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
