Pharmaceutical Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the pharmaceutical sector, the remote Pharmaceutical Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate user needs into functional specifications, and ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze use cases and requirements to inform project concepts and deliverables
• Translate user requirements into clear functional specifications for developers and project teams
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in business process analysis within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with regulatory affairs, submission sciences, or preclinical safety is a plus
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance solutions and regulatory compliance (GxP and 21 CFR Part 11)
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; CBAP or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, particularly Veeva Vault Safety
