Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmaceutical Contracts Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs
• Provide legal advice on contract terms and support various business functions with diverse contract types
• Ensure contracts comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements while managing multiple concurrent matters

Required Qualifications

• 4-12+ years of experience in commercial contracting, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors
• Hands-on experience with drafting and negotiating MSAs, SOWs, and related agreements
• Ability to support multiple business units and manage a large pipeline of contracts independently
• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply, or distribution agreements is preferred
