Job Summary

Leading creative projects remotely on a fixed-term contract, the Associate Creative Director, Copy will deliver innovative communication strategies, manage project workflows, and mentor junior creatives in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver breakthrough creative work while influencing peers and leading projects from conception to completion
  • Prepare documents for editorial fact checks and present work to clients, defending pieces at LMR meetings
  • Manage multiple teams and work streams efficiently, ensuring deliverables are on track and aligned with client goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, writing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting experience, including at least 3 years in pharmaceutical writing
  • Experience in market access/patient support writing and leading teams
  • Demonstrated ability to direct writing and design across interactive, motion, and print projects
  • Strong customer service skills and a digital portfolio showcasing a range of interactive work
