Job Summary
To support legal operations, the full-time Pharmaceutical Counsel will provide legal guidance on pharmaceutical regulations, compliance issues, and contract negotiations while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Advising on regulatory compliance and legal risks related to pharmaceutical products
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with various stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in pharmaceutical law or related fields
