Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Pharmaceutical Customer Success Specialist will manage customer relationships, develop success strategies, and gather product feedback to enhance client satisfaction and product adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer success strategies, including monitoring key customer metrics
- Gather customer feedback to advocate for product enhancements and act as a liaison between customers and the product management team
Required qualifications:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical state licensing requirements or experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or credentialing
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and experience in data validation or quality assurance
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively
