Pharmaceutical Editor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Editor - Pharma.

Key Responsibilities

• Electronically copy edit and proofread print and digital assets for approval in the MLR system
• Ensure all content adheres to brand, company, and AMA guidelines while maintaining compliance with style guides
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the editorial review and approval processes during brand launches

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in English or Communications
• 3-7+ years of editing experience within a pharmaceutical company, studio/agency environment, or medical publishing company
• Extensive experience and knowledge of the AMA style guide
• Experience with electronic approval systems such as Aprimo or Veeva
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Teams
