Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative will engage healthcare professionals through calls, emails, and chat to promote neurology products, while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and achieving program goals.

Key responsibilities

• Place inside sales calls to healthcare professionals for neurology products and provide education on prescription drugs
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements related to adverse events, product quality complaints, and patient privacy
• Manage assigned targets and territories, utilizing gatekeeping skills to reach appropriate targets and maintain engaging dialogue

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
• Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills
• Must pass an internet speed test and connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router
• Residency in specified states including AL, FL, GA, and others listed
