Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmaceutical Senior Legal Research Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, laws, and regulations related to the pharmaceutical industry
• Collaborate with team members to suggest improvements for processes and software
• Lead communication with regulatory agencies governing the pharmaceutical supply chain

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in researching federal and state law within the drug supply chain or pharmacy regulatory affairs
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, including FDA and state board of pharmacy regulations
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on compliance matters
• Professional certifications in pharmaceutical compliance (e.g., RAC) are a plus
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Google Drive
