Pharmaceutical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Virtual Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Remote Reimbursement Managers to achieve goals and ensure client satisfaction
• Translate program requirements into strategic initiatives and monitor contract deliverables to meet KPIs
• Provide coaching, support, and training for team members while managing employee relations and compliance

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical management experience
• Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and willingness to work across US time zones
• Proficiency in digital technology including CRM and Microsoft Office applications
