Pharmaceutical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support pharmaceutical projects, the part-time remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager will lead project plans from kickoff to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives while coordinating activities across internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project plans, maintaining scope, milestones, and priorities aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate activities across teams and partners to ensure timely progress and address dependencies
• Manage timelines and status updates within Workfront to maintain visibility across initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within the pharmaceutical industry; medical device background is preferred
• Hands-on proficiency with Workfront for planning, tracking, and reporting project activity
• Strong project management expertise across cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams
• Knowledge of formal project management methodologies, with adaptability to project needs
• PMP certification is preferred
