Pharmaceutical Project Manager

Job Summary

To support the production of promotional materials within a global pharmaceutical company, the remote Pharmaceutical Project Manager will manage content creation and adaptation in an Agile team environment, ensuring adherence to brand standards and facilitating the review process for multiple operational projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Agile team to create, adapt, and manage digital promotional content
• Oversee multiple operational projects from concept kickoff to final approval, ensuring timely delivery
• Work closely with internal team members and external agencies to update and refresh promotional materials regularly

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Information Management, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of experience in project management and marketing, preferably in a regulated industry
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Veeva PromoMats is highly desired
• Prior experience in managing the production of promotional materials under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process improvements
