Pharmaceutical Project Scheduler

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Pharmaceutical Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze detailed project schedules for pharmaceutical capital projects, ensuring alignment with GMP and regulatory milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Primavera P6 schedules for multiple pharmaceutical projects, integrating various activities into a master schedule
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path assessments and risk mitigation strategies, while providing regular reports to stakeholders
• Coordinate with project teams and external contractors to ensure schedule consistency and alignment with project goals and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Scheduler/Planner, with at least 3 years using Primavera P6
• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated capital projects, preferably across the full project lifecycle
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and strong understanding of critical path method scheduling and project controls
• Familiarity with GMP, GxP, and regulatory expectations in the pharmaceutical industry
