Job Summary

To support supply chain and labeling operations, the part-time contract Pharma Labeling Proofreader will perform line-by-line comparisons of package inserts, verify content accuracy, and deliver annotated proofs in a fully remote setup for a duration of under 4 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform line-by-line comparison of newly generated package inserts to approved documentation
• Ensure accuracy of content and maintain formatting consistency across materials
• Identify and document any errors or discrepancies found during proofreading

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in proofreading and document comparison in a regulated context
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device content
• Proven ability to complete proofreading deliverables within 24-48 hours
• Medical/regulatory experience reviewing or validating prescription drug package inserts
• Strong attention to detail with QA/QC workflows for high-accuracy environments
