Pharmaceutical Proofreader

Job Summary

To support supply chain and labeling operations, the part-time contract Pharma Labeling Proofreader will perform line-by-line comparisons of package inserts to ensure accuracy and consistency in a fully remote setup for approximately 15 hours per week over a duration of under 4 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform line-by-line comparison of newly generated package inserts to approved documentation
• Identify and document any errors or discrepancies found during proofreading
• Deliver an annotated proof and a discrepancy summary/report upon completion

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in proofreading and document comparison within a regulated context
• Proven experience with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device content
• Medical/regulatory experience reviewing or validating prescription drug package inserts
• Ability to complete proofreading deliverables within 24-48 hours for each request
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail with QA/QC workflows for high-accuracy environments
