Pharmaceutical Quality Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Product Quality Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality and regulatory activities from early stages to product approval in alignment with global R&D strategy
• Define, implement, and manage quality activities for new product development and lifecycle management of existing products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality systems while collaborating with global stakeholders and external partners

Qualifications & Skills

• Pharm-D / Engineer or master's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, cosmetics, chemistry, biology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality within the pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry, with at least 5 years in semi-solid production/development
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is an asset
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP, GDP, ISO, ICH, and other relevant regulatory requirements for sterile products
• Experience managing remote teams and influencing technical and regulatory strategies at a global level is valuable
