Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmaceutical Regulatory Attorney to provide interim support during increased regulatory activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle requests for information and complaints from state boards of pharmacy
• Advise pharmacy operations and compliance teams on regulatory issues
• Triage and escalate higher-risk matters as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience working directly with pharmacy regulators
• Understanding of pharmacy operations in practice
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in at least one state
