Job Summary

Engaging healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, the full-time Pharmaceutical Sales Neuroscience Specialist will conduct proactive outreach, facilitate discussions on product access and patient care, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access and patient care guidance
  • Utilize various digital tools to engage customers and direct them to appropriate colleagues as needed
  • Facilitate speaker programs and organize discussions with local provider groups to share experiences and outcomes
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, or 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience in a regulated environment
  • 2+ years of clinical healthcare experience (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, RN) with patient-facing responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate complex clinical information and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Strong commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards
  • Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory
