• Develop recruitment strategies and utilize various tactics to attract diverse talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and relationships with professional organizations
• Screen candidates and partner with Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume recruiting or staffing environment in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
• Prior experience with behavioral-based interviewing preferred
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office and contact management systems
• Able to adapt quickly to changing demands and customer needs
