Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative will engage with healthcare professionals via phone, email, and chat to promote neurology products, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and achieving program goals.

Key responsibilities

• Place inside sales calls to healthcare professionals for neurology products and provide education on prescription drugs
• Manage assigned targets and territories while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and data privacy regulations
• Input customer information into the database and handle calls according to client specifications

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong customer service mindset with professional communication skills
• Successful completion of an internet speed test meeting specified criteria
• Residency in one of the specified states
